At Gems Artist, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a product and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return most new, unopened items sold by Gems Artist within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- We cannot accept returns for used items, custom-made items, or items damaged due to misuse.
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping costs:
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to Gems Artist.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exceptions:
This Refund Policy does not apply to:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless clearly marked as returnable)
- Items damaged due to misuse
